Brenda’s Cleaning Personnel accepts all forms of payment – cash, check, or credit/debit cards. If you plan to pay with your credit or debit card, let us know when you call our office so your cleaner can invoice us for cleaning your home. You can make your check out to your cleaner or to Brenda’s. Otherwise, pay your cleaner directly with cash – we are a matchmaker, not their employer. However you’d prefer to pay, Brenda’s Cleaning makes it easy!
Tips on Canceling an Appointment
We understand you may sometimes have the need to cancel an appointment, so we make it easy. The best way to ensure your cleaner doesn’t show up at your door when you’d prefer they don’t is to call a day ahead of schedule, between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM, Monday through to Friday. We will be more than happy to reschedule for you, and have ample time to do so! In the unfortunate case of a same-day cancelation, the sooner you call, the more time we’ll have to locate your cleaner in the field and cancel your appointment. If we’re not able to do so while you’re waiting on the phone, we’ll keep calling until we can, doing the best we can to meet your needs. The costs for cleaning a home upon moving out depend on the size of the home. By using our online booking tool, you can receive an estimate. For instance, move out cleaning of a home between 1,100 and 1,400 square feet is $360-$432. Keep in mind that when you move out, many areas that were not routinely cleaned will be exposed and in need of cleaning, such as inside all of the kitchen and bath cabinets. This means that we will need more time to clean than it took while you were living there.
